CFP, ChFC, EPC Justin started in the financial planning industry in 1992 after graduating from Queen’s University with a degree in Economics. He has since obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Elder Planning Counsellor (EPC) designation. Justin is also a member of the Halifax Estate Planning Council (HEPC). In 2001, he was a founding partner in Matthews McDonough Financial Planning Inc. and joined the Wealth & Estate Planning Group. He is very active in the community playing various sports, including tennis and squash, and is very involved in charitable and community organizations. He is currently the Chair of the Board of Trade Centre Limited (TCL), Past President of The Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia and has served on the boards of the Waegwoltic Club, Tennis Nova Scotia (for 13 years), The Citadel Legacy Campaign (Spatz Theatre at Citadel High), The South End Tennis Club and the Holiday on the Harbour Charity Event. As well, he coaches his children's baseball and basketball teams. |
