CLU, ChFC, EPC, TEP John began his career with London Life Insurance Company in 1991, after graduating from St. Francis Xavier University with a degree in Business Administration. He worked with the company for 12 years, assuming the role of Regional Manager for the Nova Scotia office in 1998. In 2003, he became a partner with Matthews McDonough Financial Planning Inc. and joined the Wealth & Estate Planning Group. During his time in the industry, he has obtained various designations, including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Elder Planning Counsellor (EPC), and Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). John has also been the past chair of the Nova Scotia chapter of Advocis. Outside of work, John has volunteered as a board member of the MS Society and coach of minor league basketball and soccer teams. |
